This training plan is based on an Excel file. It unlocks the next video only after you answer a key question, confirming that you watched the entire video and understood the essential concept needed for the next step.
You should plan for 3 hours of video viewing + 3 hours of focused, interruption‑free practice.
In total, you’re just at 3 to 6 hours of video viewing and practice away from becoming an estimating Pro.

The answer is in the video or on the web page opened in step (1)
(5) Select “Done”
to complete and cross off the item
Return to step (1)
for the next item on the next line
