User roles and permissions
Introduction to Organization and Project roles
To give read and write access for all projects : Attribute Chief estimator and Chief project manager roles to the user.
To give read acces for all projects : Attribute Assistant estimator et Deputy project manager to the user.
To manage project by project access to a user : Only attribute him User acces. You'll next be able to give him access to the project who concerns this specifically user.
Important Note :
If someone receives an invitation by email and access the project that way, he will automatically get Chief estimator role assigned, which will give him immediate acces to the project.
