Obtain unit price statistics for a lump sum subcontract

1. Search for the FC parameter within the system’s parameter

2. Insert the parameter with the arrow. At this point, a dialog box will appear

3. Search for the appropriate type of measure. (in that case: square foot: ft2)

4. Select

Make this parameter constant by checking the box

Connect the FC parameter to the surface

1. Edit the formula of the FC parameter with the pencil

2. Insert the ‘'surf’' parameter.

3. Once the parameter is inserted, Click on the Floppy disk icon to save your changes

Use the item in your bids

1. Go to the subcontract prices

2. Click on this "$" button

3. Consult your unit price of the current bid

4. Consult the unit prices of the other bids

5. Add subcontractors with ‘'+’'

6. Select the desired price by checking the appropriate box
